Bridget's 20 years of experience in the record retrieval service have provided her with the proficiency and skills required to make her an asset to any legal document retrieval organization. Having worked extensively in litigation support firms of all sizes, serving small to large clients, she is very aware of the demands and needs of our clientele. Bridget oversees all aspects of the orders placed, providing professional services from research to delivery of the final product. Prior to coming to Beacon, Bridget served as lead CSR for Paramount Document Retrieval for three years, and as a lead CSR with RLS for over five years.David M. Hasha

David's experience in the litigation support field began in 2002 when he became general manager of a one-employee record service. In less than three years, by focusing on improvements to their customer service capabilities, that service grew to more than 28 employees and revenues in excess of $2 million. Prior to that, he was Divisional Business Manager for a large, multi-national oil and gas service company for 18 years. David is a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin McCombs School of Business with a BBA in Management.Lauren Hasha
Sr. Case Coordinator / Customer Service
Lauren started in the record retrieval business in 2006 and served in all functional areas for 2 years up until 2008 when she became Sr. Case Coordinator for our client's nationwide mass tort efforts. Lauren has coordinated multiple complex case efforts ranging from Vioxx, TVM, Hip/Knee, Avandia to Asbestos. As lead for these complex cases, Lauren is routinely praised for providing prompt responsiveness and "making our attorney team leads feel that she is personally invested in their cases."
